What each status means
- Preparing: stock is confirmed and the package is being prepared.
- Label created: a label exists; the carrier may not have the package yet.
- Carrier accepted: the carrier has scanned the package.
- In transit: the shipment is moving through the carrier network.
- Delivered or exception: follow the carrier update and contact support if needed.
Split orders have a separate record for each package.
